5 million rows included, then $18/million
For high volume, a guaranteed SLA or dedicated hardware.
Compass, Pulse and Sentinel are priced per call because usage varies a lot from one company to another: the discount kicks in on its own past 10,000 and 100,000 calls a month, nothing to renegotiate.
How it's counted
You pay for the rows processed, not for a volume guess. The count is visible in the dashboard as it accrues, not at month's end.
On Free it runs on our infrastructure. On Team and Enterprise you choose: ours, or a machine inside your network. In the second case it reads the sources in place and never moves them elsewhere.
Every row the agent clones or anonymises is counted on the spot, locally. Not an estimate — the exact number of rows it processed, table by table.
To our cloud the agent sends the count (how many rows, from which table, when) plus its own status: whether it's alive, how much it processed, what errors it hit. Never the content of the rows. If the network drops, the report queues and resumes on its own: nothing is lost and nothing is counted twice.
This month's usage is visible in the dashboard as it accrues, not at month's end. On Free, once the quota is reached new work stops before it starts. On Team it keeps going, and the overage is added to that month's bill at $18 per million rows: no interruption, and no surprise bigger than what you used.

Frequently asked
New work doesn't start: the agent refuses the request before beginning, with a clear message about which quota ran out. What you've already processed stays yours. To keep going, move to Team or wait for next month, when the quota resets.
Nothing stops. Rows past the 5 million included bill at $18 per million, Compass/Pulse/Sentinel calls at $0.03 each (discounted past 10,000 and 100,000 a month). You see the overage accrue in the dashboard before the invoice ever arrives.
It depends where you run the agent. On Free it runs on our infrastructure, so the data you give it reaches us. On Team and Enterprise you can keep it inside your network: then the rows never leave it, while the count of rows processed and the agent's status (whether it's alive, how much it processed, what errors it hit) keep reaching our cloud. Those cover billing and let us notice when something breaks. Compass, Pulse and Sentinel work the other way round: your backend calls our API, so only what you choose to send in that call goes out.
Every row the agent writes to the destination during a clone or an anonymisation counts once, no matter how many columns it has. A table with 500 columns costs no more than one with 5.
Yes, from your billing area. Moving from Free to Team is immediate; managing the subscription — including cancelling — goes through the Stripe portal, always reachable from there.
No, not for Free. You only need one when you move to Team, whenever you decide to.
Two routes
If you have a problem to solve, start with a demo on your own case. If you are assessing us, as a fund or a procurement team, start with the confidential documentation.
Kubli issues no certifications and holds none. It hands over the measurements taken and the documents to stand behind them when someone asks.
Thirty minutes. You tell us which data is blocked and what you would do with it, and we show you the result on an example close to yours. If the case is not a fit we say so on the call.
