What can be reported, who can report it, and what we guarantee to whoever does.

Breaches of national or European Union law that harm the public interest or Kubli's integrity, which you became aware of in a work context: unlawful conduct, irregular practices, risks to data security. The reference is Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
Employees and collaborators, self-employed workers and suppliers, professionals and consultants, volunteers and trainees, shareholders and people with administrative or supervisory roles. Also those still in a selection process and those whose relationship has already ended.
Confidentiality of the reporter's identity, of the people involved and of the content. A ban on any retaliation: dismissal, demotion, withheld promotion, change of duties or any other measure causing harm. Anyone who believes they have suffered retaliation may turn to ANAC.
It remains possible to report directly to ANAC through the Authority's platform, without going through the internal channel, in the cases set out in art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
