For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected].
Only what you type into the contact form: full name, work email, organisation, role, phone number if you leave one, and the text of your message. Alongside it we record your user agent and the page you sent the request from, to know where enquiries come from. The phone number is optional and only used if you would rather be called than emailed. There is no analytics, no advertising profile and no behavioural tracking across pages.
To reply to you. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR): you asked to be contacted. If you book a demo through the calendar, the date and time of the appointment are kept alongside the enquiry for the same reason.
The data and appointment calendar are held on Kubli's infrastructure. The form's anti-bot check is provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile) and receives your IP address at the moment the check runs.
Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to [email protected]: we answer within one month, as art. 12 GDPR requires. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
This site makes no automated decisions about you and does no profiling. Enquiries from the form are read by a person.
